基于调查问卷的军队干休所医护人员中医继续教育需求分析

Analysis of the needs of continuing education of traditional Chinese medicine among medical staff in military cadre training institute based on questionnaires

目的:调查分析某地干休所医护人员中医继续教育需求情况,制定培训计划。方法:自行设计发布中医继续教育需求调查表,干休所在职医护人员同一时间内填写,采用SPSS 25.0统计学软件分析处理数据。结果:180人参调人员中,中医占23.89%,西医占76.11%;认为中医培训对目前工作有帮助者占91.01%。培训内容(多选)的选择,依次为针灸推拿、中医基础及诊断、体质辨识与用药;培训方式(多选)的选择依次为线下教学、线上教学、跟诊抄方;培训时间则多数医护人员认为长期培训具有意义。结论:干休所医护对中医培训需求旺盛,医护人员的专业、工作年限不同对培训内容及方式选择有差别。

Objective:To investigate and analyze the demand for continuing education of traditional Chinese medicine among medical staff at a retreat for military cadres,and to formulate a training plan.Methods:The questionnaire on the needs of continuing education of traditional Chinese medicine was designed and released by ourselves,which was filled in by the on-the-job doctors and nurses in the sanatorium at the same time,and the data were analyzed and processed by SPSS 25.0 software.Results:Among the 180 ginseng transfer personnel,23.89%of Chinese medicine practitioners and 76.11%of western medicine practitioners.91.01%thought that the training of traditional Chinese medicine was helpful to their current work.The selection of training content(multiple choices)was followed by acupuncture and massage,basic Chinese medicine and diagnosis,physical identification and medication.The selection of training methods(multiple choices)was followed by offline teaching,online teaching,follow-up prescriptions;training time,most thought that long-term training was meaningful.Conclusion:There is a strong demand for traditional Chinese medicine training among doctors and nurses in cadres,and the selection of training content and methods varies depending on the professions and working years of the medical staff.
