矿井行车安全防护装置仿真与试验 被引量:4

Simulation and Test on Safety Protection Device of Mine Driving

摘要 为了进一步提高煤矿副斜井无轨运输行车安全,介绍了一种安装于矿井斜巷壁的行车安全防护装置,并利用HYPERMESH/LS-DYNA有限元仿真分析软件,建立了无轨胶轮车与安全防护装置的碰撞模型,研究了行车安全防护装置的防撞效果以及行车速度对矿用行车安全防护装置跑车事故的影响,针对矿井常用车辆进行了中型客车的实车碰撞试验。结果表明,矿井行车安全防护装置能将失速车辆导回正常行驶方向,无轨胶轮车辆碰撞后能保持正常的姿态,不翻车,行车安全防护装置构件及其脱离件未侵入车辆,且车头撞击力随着车辆碰撞速度的增加而增大,研究结果可以为井下行车安全防护设施的合理设计以及煤矿运输安全管理提供参考。 In order to further improve the driving safety of auxiliary inclined trackless transportation in coal mine,a driving safety protection device installed on the inclined wall of coal min was introduced,and the collision model between trackless rubber tyred vehicle and safety protection device was established by using HYPERMESH/LS-DYNA finite element simulation analysis software.The anti-collision effect of driving safety protection device and the influence of driving speed on the sports car accident of mine driving safety protection device were studied.The real vehicle collision test of the medium-sized passenger car was carried out for the mining and common vehicles.The results showed that the mining and driving safety protection device could guide the stalled vehicle back to the normal driving direction,and the trackless rubber tyred vehicle could maintain a normal attitude after collision without overturning.The components of driving safety protection device and their disengaged parts did not invade the vehicle,and the protection device and its disengaging parts did not intrude into the passenger compartment of the front impact force increases with the increase of the vehicle collision speed.The research results provided a reference for the reasonable design of parallel driving safety protection facilities and the safety management of coal mine transportation.
