摘要
渐开线行星齿轮传动机构是JD系列调度绞车传动系统中的重要组成部分,长期使用后容易造成行星轮架中心孔等重要部位的严重磨损,无法直接测量出原始数据参数。应用渐开线行星齿轮传动机构间齿轮相互啮合的工作原理和SoliderWorks三维实体动态仿真技术“曲线”求解判断出行星轮架的原始数据,通过对磨损的行星轮架进行修复,实现重要设备再利用,节约设备成本投入的工作中发挥了关键作用。
Involute planetary gear transmission mechanism is an important part of JD series dispatching winch transmission system.After long-term use,it is easy to cause serious wear on the center hole of planetary gear carrier and other important parts,so it is impossible to directly measure the original data parameters.The original data of planetary gear carrier can be judged by using the working principle of gear meshing between involute planetary gear transmission mechanism and SoliderWorks 3D entity dynamic simulation technology“curve”.By repairing the worn planetary gear carrier,it played a key role in realizing the reuse of important equipment and saving equipment cost.
