针对传统刮板输送机搭接方式存在的不足,新元煤矿3207综采工作面率先成功应用了国内煤炭行业首套直角转盘工转破一体机。该设备集综采工作面输送、转载、破碎功能于一体,实现了从工作面到采区带式输送机不需转载的连续运输。新型双面可翻转溜槽延长了中部槽使用寿命,链轮可拆卸齿排设计降低了使用成本。

In view of the shortcoming of the traditional scraper conveyor lap mode.The 3207 fully-mechanized mining face of Xinyuan Coal Mine takes the lead in successfully applying the first set of right-angle rotary machine in the domestic coal industry.The equipment integrated the functions of conveying,transferring and crushing in the fully-mechanized mining face,and realized the continuous transportation from face to belt without transferring.The new double-sided reversible chute prolongd the service life,and the design of sprocket detachable tooth row reduced the use cost.
