Analysis and treatment of shaft breakage of agitator in the third crystallizer of PTA plant

针对PTA装置的第3结晶器搅拌器在使用过程中经常出现搅拌轴断轴、稳定轴承磨损、拉杆断裂的故障现象,通过分析研究,找出故障原因,提出改进措施,改进后达到预期效果,确保了搅拌器平稳运行。

In view of the failure phenomena of mixing shaft breaking,stable bearing wear and pull rod fracture often occurred in the third crystallizer agitator of PTA unit,through analysis and research,the failure causes were found out and improvement measures were put forward.After improvement,the expected effect was achieved and the smooth and stable operation of the agitator was ensured.
