摘要
横动、卷绕控制单元是涤纶短纤维前纺工艺的核心设备,2015年大检修期间对PLC和驱动系统进行了升级改造,重点介绍了SINAMIC S120在横动、卷绕控制单元中的调试及应用。控制系统采用315-2EH14型PLC控制SINAMIC S120,通过本次改造,提高了电气设备的可靠性。
The traverse and winding control unit is the core equipment of polyester staple fiber front spinning process.During the overhaul in 2015,the PLC and drive system were upgraded.This paper focuses on the commissioning and application of sinamic S120 in the traverse and winding control unit.The control system adopts 315-2eh14 PLC to control sinamic S120.Through this transformation,the reliability of electrical equipment is improved.
