摘要
变频器在当前工业领域应用十分广泛,由于通过变频器驱动既能实时调速又能达到节能降耗的目的,因此变频器的应用越来越广泛。但在实际应用上,因变频器故障导致生产装置停车造成经济损失的情况屡见不鲜,甚至导致安全环保事故的发生。因此,加强变频器原理及冗余应用的研究具有重要的意义,通过分析变频器原理,并从实际应用角度提出多个冗余应用方案以供参考。
Frequency converter is widely used in the current industrial field.Because it can not only adjust speed in real time,but also achieve the purpose of energy saving and consumption reduction,the application of frequency converter is more and more widely.However,in practical application,it is not uncommon for production units to stop due to frequency converter failure,resulting in economic losses,and even safety and environmental protection accidents.Therefore,it is of great significance to strengthen the research on the principle of frequency converter and redundant application.This paper analyzes the principle of frequency converter and puts forward several redundant application schemes from the perspective of practical application for reference.
