当代收入极化问题与普遍基本收入的政治经济学数理分析

A Mathematical Analysis of Contemporary Income Polarization and Universal Basic Income From the Perspective of Political Economics

对于当代贫富分化、特别是贫困问题,西方学者对其中各种因素做了定量化的归纳研究,作为其应对的对策--普遍基本收入理念,也有大量热门的讨论,而且进入了各种形式的国家实践。然而无论是其理论还是实践,普遍基本收入都存在着可靠性的基本问题。本文以马克思的政治经济学基本概念范式为基础,运用数理演绎的方法分析资本、科技、劳动、市场所构成的收入函数,根据收入函数,结合马克思后期主张的个人所有制,可以为普遍基本收入提供更为可靠、精确、完善的法权基础。

Western scholars have done quantitative and inductive study of contemporary polarization and poverty,and as a countermeasure universal basic income attracts much discussion and enters state practice in various forms.However,both in theory and in practice,UBI is confronted with the fundamental problem of reliability.Based on the concepts and paradigms of Marxist political economics,analyzing income function constituted by capital,technology,labour and market with the method of mathematical deduction,and referring to the individual ownership advocated by later Marx,this study attempts to provide UBI with a more reliable,precise and perfect legal right foundation.
