高抗撕硅橡胶的研究进展

Research Progress of High Tear Resistance Silicone Rubber

介绍了近年来对硅橡胶撕裂性能改进的研究进展,目前涉及较多的几种方法包括控制乙烯基含量或基胶结构、原材料配方改进、补强材料的选择、与其它聚合物的共混改性。在对现有方法进行总结的基础上,对提高硅橡胶撕裂性能的发展提出了建议和期望。

This article introduces the research progress on the improvement of tear properties of silicone rubber in recent years.Several methods are involved,including the right choice of vinyl content or the structure of the base rubber,the improvement of the formula of raw materials,the reinforcement materials or fillers,and the blending modification with other polymers.Finally,some suggestions and expectations for improving the tearing property of silicone rubber are put forward.
