摘要
对13批制大豆黄卷和大豆黄卷中的水分、灰分、浸出物、大豆苷、染料木苷等成分的含量进行比较。结果表明:与大豆黄卷相比,经过炮制后的制大豆黄卷灰分含量变化不大,水分、大豆苷、染料木苷含量有所下降,两组数据经单因素方差分析,P>0.05,差异不显著;制大豆黄卷的浸出物含量降低,数据经单因素方差分析P<0.05,差异显著。所测结果对制大豆黄卷质量标准的制定具有重要指导意义。
The content of moisture,ash,extraction,daidzin and genistin in 13 batches Sojae Semen Germinatum Praeparta and Sojae Semen Germinatum were compared in this paper.The results showed that the ash content of Sojae Semen Germinatum Praeparta had little change compared with Sojae Semen Germinatum,the content of moisture,daidzein and genistin decreased,but there was no significant difference between the two groups by One way ANOVA(P>0.05),Compared with Sojae Semen Germinatum,the queous extract of Sojae Semen Germinatum Praeparta decreased,the difference was significant by One way ANOVA(P<0.05).The results have important guiding significance for the establishment of quality standard of Sojae Semen Germinatum Praeparta.
