摘要
本研究以氯化锌和醇溶桑蚕丝素蛋白(ASSF)为原材料,通过ASSF介导的自组装共沉淀-冷冻干燥转变法,制备成ZnO/ASSF杂化纳米微球。利用利用扫描电镜(SEM)、X-射线衍射(XRD)、傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)、原子吸收光谱(AAS)对该微球进行性能表征,发现:该方法制备出的杂化纳米微球为椭球形或米粒形,粒径范围为50~200 nm;杂化微球中含有氧化锌的六方纤锌矿晶格结构;含有ZnO和ASSF两种成分,且ZnO质量分数含量范围为32.47%~60.04%。
In this study,zinc chloride and alcohol-soluble silkworm silk fibroin(ASSF)were used as raw materials to prepare ZnO/ASSF hybrid nano-spheres by ASSF-mediated self-assembly co-precipitation and freeze-drying transformation.The properties of the microspheres were characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD),Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)and atomic absorption spectroscopy(AAS),and it was found that:The hybrid nanospheres prepared by this method are ellipsoidal,with a particle size range of 50~200nm,containing two components of ZnO and ASSF,and the content of ZnO is 32.47%~60.04%.
