摘要 介绍了某公司1.5 Mt/a加氢裂化装置催化剂性质、催化剂装填、开工、运行情况以及存在的问题,开工期间循环氢压缩机干气密封三次失效,通过返厂修复后装置开车成功。原料组成与设计值相比发生了较大改变,因而产品收率发生了变化,液化气收率比设计值相高3.65%、重石脑油收率低3.85%。综合考虑重石脑油的产率和芳烃潜含量,重石脑油初馏点确定在77~80℃;裂化反应器第四床层温升对产品分布有显著的影响,综合考虑产品经济效益,R102第四床层温升控制在10~11.5℃之间。同时对装置存在的轻石脑油干点超标、能耗偏高、原料色度高以及原料硫氮比失衡等问题分析了原因并提出了解决措施。 This paper introduced catalyst properties,catalyst loading,operation and processing problems of 1.5 Mt/a hydrocracking plant of CNOOC Taizhou Petrochemical Co.,Ltd.dry gas seal of circulating hydrogen compressor failed three times during construction,after repaired the plant was successfully running.the yield of LPG was increase by 3.65%,and the yield of heavy naphtha was decreased by 3.85%which was caused by different property of feed.research indicated that the suitable initial boiling point of heavy naphtha was 77~80℃.The rised temperature of fourth bed had a significant impact on the product distribution.for the biggest economic profit,the rised temperature of R102 fourth bed at 10~11.5℃.At last,the analysis of unqualified initial distillation point of light naphtha,high energy consumption,high chromaticity of feed,imbalance of sulfur and nitrogen ratio in feed was discussed.
