摘要 基础化学是高职食品类专业的专业基础课程。近两年,在高职扩招的举措下,食品类学生的来源结构变得复杂,传统的教学模式已不再适用课程教学。文中分析了食品类专业基础化学教学面临的现状以及高职扩招带来的新挑战,并给出了应对策略。 Fundamental chemistry is a professional basic course for food majors in higher vocational colleges.In the past two years,with the expansion of higher vocational education,the source structure of food students has become complicated,and the traditional teaching model is no longer suitable for course teaching.The article gives countermeasures based on the analysis of the present situation of basic chemistry teaching in food majors and the new challenges brought about by the expansion of higher vocational education.
