This paper analyzes the problems faced by the professionalization of college counselors in the new era from the perspectives of theory and reality,and constructs the practical system of professionalization cultivation of college counselors in the new era from four dimensions.Guided by the career theory,this paper puts forward how to improve the professional ability of counselors and strengthen the professional process of counselors,and the optimization of training mode with“Growth Incentive Mechanism”,so as to realize the stable career anchor of college advisors.It provides theoretical reference and practical guidance for the professional team construction of counselors.
