基于云服务平台的图书馆学科知识服务机制研究

Research on Library Discipline Knowledge Service Mechanism on the Bases of Cloud Service Platform

随着科技进步,图书馆服务功能及馆员知识架构的变化凸显,服务能力与服务水平显著提高,同时也存在一定的问题和不足,与新时代图书馆发展不相协调。通过分析发现,前图书馆学科知识服务系统建设比较滞后,图书馆工作人员的学科化服务能力还有一定差距,如此状况难以满足用户的实际需求,极大地制约了数字化图书馆的发展进程。针对当前图书馆学科知识服务中存在的主要问题进行探讨,阐述基于云服务平台的图书馆学科知识服务系统结构、功能、服务模式以及相应机制建设的有效路径,旨在大幅提升图书馆服务能力和服务水平,为图书馆的数字化、智慧化发展奠定坚实基础。

With the progress of science and technology,the change of library service function and librarian knowledge structure is prominent and the service ability and service level are improved significantly.However,there exist some problems and shortcomings,which are not in harmony with the development of library for present period.Through analysis,it is not difficult to find that the construction of library subject knowledge service system is lagging behind under the present situation,and there is still a certain gap in library staff’s disciplinary service ability,which results in the difficulty in meeting the actual needs of users and greatly restricts the development process of digital library.Therefore,this paper discusses the main problems existing in library subject knowledge service,and expounds the structure,function,service mode and effective path of library subject knowledge service system based on cloud service platform,which aims to greatly improve library service ability and service level,and lay a solid foundation for the digital and intelligent development of library.
