摘要
为了解云南大理野鼠毕氏肠微孢子虫基因型的感染情况及基因型,本试验从大理采集到287份野鼠粪便标本,利用巢式PCR反应将粪便DNA标本进行扩增。结果显示:毕氏肠微孢子虫阳性样本有12份,感染率为4.18%。其中幼年组、亚成年组、成年组感染率分别为12.50%(2/16)、1.37%(1/73)、4.55%(9/198),雌性、雄性感染率分别为4.57%(8/175)、3.57%(4/112),各年龄组和性别间毕氏肠微孢子虫感染阳性率差异不显著(P>0.05)。共鉴定出3种毕氏肠微孢子虫基因型:EbpC、D、YNM1,其中YNM1是本试验鉴定出的新基因型,丰富了微孢子虫基因型数据库,且3种基因型均为人兽共患基因型。本试验结果表明,大理地区毕氏肠微孢子虫存在人兽共患的潜在风险。
In order to understand the infection and genotype of Enterocytozoon biebeusi in Dali,Yunnan.In this study,total of 287 fecal samples of wild rats were collected.Nested PCR amplification was performed to detect the infection,and analyze genotype of E.biebeusi.The results showed that total of 12 samples were positive for E.biebeusi,and the infection rate was 4.18%.The infection rate was 12.50%(2/16)in juvenile group,1.37%(1/73)in subadult group,and 4.55%(9/198)in adult group,respectively.The infection rate were 4.57%(8/175)and 3.57%(4/112)in female and male,respectively.There was no statistically significant difference in E.biebeusi infection rate among age and between sex(P>0.05).In this study,3 E.biebeusi genotypes were identified including EbpC,D and YNM1.YNM1 was identified as a new genotype.The discovery of the new genotype enriches the data of E.bieneusi,and the 3 genotypes obtained were zoonotic genotypes in this study.The results showed that there was a potential risk of zoonotic E.bieneusi in Dali.
