科右翼前旗地区绵羊消化道线虫感染调查及耐药性检测 被引量:4

Investigation on Infection and Drug Resistance of Digestive Tract Nematodes of Sheep in Keyouyiqianqi Area

摘要 为了解科右翼前旗地区绵羊消化道线虫流行情况及对常用驱虫药物的耐药性情况,采用饱和盐水漂浮法和麦克马斯特氏计数法对该地区11个苏木乡镇、2个国营农牧场的1334只绵羊进行调查研究,并选择234只高感染率,即每克粪便虫卵数(EPG)≥800的绵羊进行耐药性检测。调查结果显示,该地区羊群感染消化道线虫现象普遍,共检到捻转血矛线虫、夏伯特线虫、奥斯特线虫、细颈线虫、食道口线虫、毛圆线虫和仰口线虫共7种线虫,感染率分别为90.4%、27.7%、19.1%、8.1%、14.5%、9.0%和6.5%,优势虫种为捻转血矛线虫,耐药性试验检测表明,虫体对伊维菌素和阿苯达唑均已产生了耐药性,对氯氰碘柳胺钠相对敏感。 In order to understand the prevalence of gastrointestinal nematodes in sheep and their resistance to commonly used anthelmintic drugs in Keyouyiqianqi area,1334 sheep from 11 Sumu townships and 2 state-owned farmers in this area were investigated by saturated saline floating method and McMaster counting method.A total of 234 sheep with high infection rate(EPG≥800)were selected for drug resistance detection.The results showed that the infection of gastrointestinal nematodes in sheep of this area was common,and Hemonchus contortus,Chabertia ovina,Ostertagia spp.,Nematodirus spp.,Oesophagostomum spp.,Trichostrongyle and Bunostomum trigonocephalus were detected,with infection rates of 90.4%,27.7%,19.1%,8.1%,14.5%,9.0%and 6.5%,respectively.The dominant species of the worm was Haemonchus contortus which was resistant to the commonly used anthelmintic drugs ivermectin and albendazole,and was only relatively sensitive to cicloamide sodium.
