摘要
为了解河南省部分城市宠物犬芽囊原虫感染情况及人兽共患特性,基于小亚单位核糖体核糖核酸(SSU rRNA)基因位点对不同城市动物医院采集的236份宠物犬粪便样品进行了PCR扩增,并对扩增产物进行基因测序分析,确定其基因型。结果显示,宠物犬芽囊原虫总感染率为2.1%(5/236),阳性犬见于6月龄以下幼犬,6月龄以上犬未见感染;序列比对分析发现,该地区宠物犬存在2条不同的基因序列,种系发育进化发现2个序列都为人兽共患亚型ST1亚型。本次调查表明河南地区宠物犬存在芽囊原虫感染,且存在着潜在的人兽共患风险,具有重要的公共卫生学意义。
To investigate the infection rate and subtype distribution of Blastocystis in pet dogs from central north region in Henan province,a total of 236 canine fecal samples from related animal hospitals were collected and examined by PCR targeting SSU rRNA gene.Of the 236 samples,5 were Blastocystis positive,with a prevalence of 2.1%(5/236).All positive samples came from pet dogs of under 6 months of age,and Blastocystis infection was not detected in dogs of more than 6 months of age.Sequence analysis revealed two different gene sequences in Blastocystis from pet dogs in the area.Phylogenetic analysis showed both sequences belonged to zoonotic subtype ST1.Our results suggest that pet dogs in central north region,Henan province,may carry Blastocystis,and pose a potential risk to public health.
