黄石市青山湖污水处理厂曝气系统的改造与优化

摘要 为了提高企业经济效益和改善周边居民生活环境,将黄石市青山湖污水处理厂由转碟表面曝气系统改造为池底微孔曝气器系统,新增推流器和空气悬浮鼓风机改造,并进行实际运行对比研究。结果表明,改造后出水水质变化不大,曝气单位耗电量降低50%左右,年电费成本约节省20.74万元,节能效果明显。 In order to improve the economic benefit of enterprises and the living environment of the surrounding residents,the rotary discsurface aeration system was transformed into pool bottom microporous aerator system in Qingshan Lake Sewage Treatment Plant of Huangshi city,and the innovation of the flow booster and air suspension blower were done.And a comparative study on actual operation were conducted.The results showed that the quality of the effluent didn’t change much after the transformation,the electricity consumption perunit of aeration decreased by about 50%and the annual electricity cost saving amounted to 207400 yuan,which exhibited obvious energy-saving effect.
