水平定向钻管道回拖影响因素的显著性分析 被引量:3

摘要 为研究水平定向钻管道回拖时回拖力各影响因素的显著性,分别对管道半径、台阶高度、台阶曲率和孔管比4种因素进行了模拟分析,并结合灰色理论分析了不同影响因素对管道回拖力影响的相关性。结果表明:台阶高度越高,所需要的回拖力越大;管道回拖时的孔管比越大,回拖时所需要的最大回拖力越小;随着台阶曲率不断增大,管道回拖时穿过台阶面所需要的最大回拖力不断增加;各因素的影响程度从大到小依次为台阶曲率>台阶高度>管道半径>孔管比。 In order to study the significance of the influencing factors of the drag force when the horizontal directional drilling pipe is dragged back,firstly,the four factors such as pipe radius,step height,step curvature and hole-to-tube ratio are simulated and analyzed,and the relevance of the different influencing factors on the drag force of the pipeline are analyzed in combination with gray theory.The results show that the higher the step height,the greater the required drag force;the larger the hole-to-tube ratio when the pipe is dragged back,the smaller the maximum drag force required during the drag back;and with the continuous increase of step curvature,the maximum drag force required for the pipeline to pass through the step surface continues to increase.The descending order of influence degree of each factor is step curvature>step height>pipe radius>hole-pipe ratio.
