发泡陶瓷在浮雕文化产品中的应用

Application of Foamed Ceramics in Relief Cultural Products

根据发泡陶瓷高强度、轻质量、易雕刻的特性,创新性地将其由结构材料转变为装饰材料,提出了一种利用发泡陶瓷板制作轻量化浮雕文化墙的方法,解决了传统浮雕文化墙石材不便运输、雕刻与切割工期较长的问题。经过设计、雕刻、安装等一系列工序,成功开发出了7.04 m×3.00 m的“万里长城”发泡陶瓷浮雕文化墙。此开发应用能有效推进工业固废的综合利用,对提高资源利用效率、改善环境质量、促进经济社会发展具有重要意义。

According to the characteristics of foamed ceramics such as high strength,light weight,and easy engraving,this paper proposed a method of using foamed ceramic plates to make light-weight relief cultural walls,which innovatively transformed structural materials into decorative materials and solved such problems as inconvenient transportation of traditional embossed cultural wall stone and long time for carving and cutting.After a series of processes such as design,carving,installation,etc.,a 7.04 m×3.00 m Great Wall foamed ceramic relief cultural wall was successfully developed.The application of this product can effectively promote the comprehensive utilization of industrial solid waste,which is of great significance for improving resource utilization efficiency,improving environmental quality and promoting economic and social development.
