云南省炼焦煤资源分布及煤质特征研究

摘要 对我国云南省炼焦煤资源分布和主要煤质特征进行研究,对于掌握西南地区炼焦煤资源以及降低当地焦化企业的炼焦配煤成本等均具有重要意义。结合云南省煤炭矿区分布及炼焦煤矿生产能力统计,选取曲靖市及红河哈尼族彝族自治州等22个具有代表性的炼焦商品煤样,基于炼焦用煤技术要求开展云南省炼焦煤的煤质特性研究工作。研究结果表明:云南省的炼焦煤大多分布在曲靖市内,主要分布在宣威市、沾益区、麒麟区、罗平县、师宗县、陆良县、会泽县、富源县等,且主要以中、小型煤矿为主。小型炼焦煤矿数量占云南省炼焦煤矿总数的77.8%,占总产能的57.4%。云南省炼焦煤的煤质特征为:镜质组最大反射率介于1.0%~1.63%,按照中国煤炭分类,主要以焦煤和1/3焦煤为主;黏结性与山西焦煤和蒙3焦煤相当,但受成煤环境影响,全硫含量低于山西焦煤和蒙3焦煤,主要以特低硫煤-低硫煤为主;云南省炼焦煤矿物质碱度指数与灰分、硫分无明显线性关系;煤灰中的K2O和Na2O含量普遍低于全国平均水平。 Research on the distribution of coking coal resources and main coal quality characteristics in Yunnan province is of great significance for mastering coking coal resources in Southwest China and reducing the cost of coking coal blending in local coking companies.Combined with the distribution of coal mining areas in Yunnan province and the production capacity statistics of coking coal mines,22 representative coking commercial coal samples from Qujing city and Honghe Hani and Yi autonomous prefectures were selected.Based on the technical requirements of coking coal,the study of coal quality characteristics of coking coal in Yunnan province was carried out.The research shows that most of the coking coal in Yunnan province is distributed in Qujing city,and specifically distributed in Xuanwei city,Zhanyi district,Qilin district,Luoping county,Shizong county,Luliang county,Huize county,Fuyuan county,etc.In addition,they are mainly small and medium-sized coal mines.The number of small coking coal mines accounts for 77.8%of the total number of coking coal mines in Yunnan province and 57.4%of the total production capacity.The coal quality characteristics of coking coal in Yunnan province are as follows:according to Chinese classification of coals,the coals in Yunnan province are mainly coking coal and 1/3 coking coal;the maximum reflectivity of vitrinite is between 1.0%and 1.63%;the cohesiveness is equivalent to that of Shanxi coking coal and Mongolia 3 coking coal;however,affected by the coal-forming environment,the total sulfur content of coking coal in Yunnan province are significantly lower than that in Shanxi province and Mongolian No.3 coking coal;Yunnan’s coking coal are mainly ultra-low-sulfur coal-low-sulfur coal,there are no obvious linear relationship between the material alkalinity index and ash and sulfur of Yunnan coking coal;the content of K2O and Na2O in coal ash is common lower than the national average.
