摘要
本文对严寒、寒冷、夏热冬冷3个气候区的12个近零能耗公共建筑示范项目的共性节能技术的全寿命周期增量效益、增量成本以及效益费用比进行了计算,根据计算结果分析得出了各气候区近零能耗公共建筑共性节能技术的经济性特征。又在考虑环境收益的情况下对这些技术的全寿命周期净现值进行了比较,分析了近零能耗公共建筑在不同气候区的经济性差异。研究结果可为投资者和设计人员制定经济性合理的近零能耗公共建筑节能技术方案提供参考。
The benefits,costs and benefit cost rate of nearly zero energy technology for 12 public buildings located in severe cold,cold and hot summer cold winter climate regions were investigated.The economic properties of the technologies were analyzed and the net present values of life cycle were compared.The conclusions could be reference for investors and designers in decision-making of nearly zero energy public buildings.
