中国社会治理体制变迁的轨迹、逻辑与动阻力机制——基于历史制度主义视角

Trajectory,Logic and Dynamics and Resistance Mechanism of China’s Social Governance System Change——Based on the Perspective of Historical Institutionalism

中国共产党成立百年,尤其是新中国成立70余年以来,中国政府始终将推进社会治理创新放在突出位置,使社会治理体制在发展变革中日益完善,为中国革命、建设、改革及中国特色社会主义发展奠定了坚实的社会基础和强劲的创新动力。随着国家治理现代化的深入推进,对中国社会治理体制的变迁历程进行系统梳理,对经验及教训进行全面总结、深刻反思,已经成为亟待研究的议题。不断深化对这一议题的研究,不仅有利于分析社会治理体制变迁背后的制度逻辑,而且有利于深入阐释社会治理体制变迁的动阻力机制,从而为新时代建设共有共治共享的社会治理格局提供知识储备和理论支持。

Over the centenary of the founding of the Communist Party of China and over seventy years since the founding of the People’s Republic of China,the Chinese government has always put the promotion of social governance innovation in a prominent position so that the social governance system is increasingly perfected in the development and reform,which has provided a solid social foundation and strong development momentum for the Chinese revolution,construction,reform and construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics.With the deepening of the modernization of national governance,a systematic review of the changes in China’s social governance system,a comprehensive summary of experiences and lessons,and in-depth reflection,have become urgently needed for research.Continuously deepening the research on this topic is not only conducive to the analysis of the institutional logic behind the changes in the social governance system,but also conducive to in-depth interpretation of the dynamic resistance mechanism of the changes in the social governance system,so as to provide knowledge reserve and theoretical support for building a social governance pattern of common governance and sharing in the new era.
