西藏宗教法治化建设探究

Study on the construction of the rule of law of religion in Tibet

文章回顾了西藏法治化建设历程与所取得的成果,立足于习近平法治思想的"十一个坚持",从"转变法治观念,实现从管理向治理过渡""细化条例规定,完善宗教治理制度体系""规范政府行为,提高宗教法律治理能力""坚持法德相融,营造积极健康宗教环境""加强教育引导,筑牢国家安全稳定屏障"等视角探讨了新时代西藏宗教法治化建设的未来向路。

Based on the"Eleven Adherence"of Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law,this paper reviews the construction process and achievements of Tibet’s rule of law,and discusses the future direction of Tibet’s construction of rule of law on religion in the new era from"changing the concept of rule of law and realizing the transition from management to governance","refining regulations and improving the system of religious governance","standardizing government behavior and improving religious legal governance ability","adhering to the integration of law and morality and creating a positive and healthy religious environment","strengthening education and guidance and building a solid barrier for national security and stability".
