助产延续护理联合红外线照射在会阴伤口愈合中的应用

Application of midwifery continuation nursing combined with infrared radiation in perineal wound healing

目的探究助产延续护理联合红外线照射在会阴伤口愈合中的应用效果。方法抽取2018年1月—12月上饶市立医院收治的65例行会阴侧切分娩产妇纳入对照组,2019年1月—12月的68例纳入试验组,对照组给予红外线联合常规护理,试验组在对照组基础上开展助产延续护理。对比2组产妇疼痛程度、42 d伤口愈合情况、并发症及护理满意度。结果试验组42 d伤口愈合效果显著优于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05);2组干预前疼痛VAS评分无明显差异(P>0.05),干预后1个月试验组患者明显低于对照组(P<0.05);试验组并发症率较对照组明显降低,差异明显(P<0.05);试验组患者满意度显著高于对照组,差异明显(P<0.05)。结论会阴侧切分娩产妇开展助产延续护理联合红外线照射可进一步促进伤口愈合,降低疼痛程度及并发症,提升护理满意度,临床应用价值较高。

Objective To explore the application of midwifery continuation nursing combined with infrared radiation in perineal wound healing.Methods 65 cases of parturients who had undergone lateral perineal incision were selected from January 2018 to December 2018 and were included in the control group,and 68 cases from January 2019 to December 2019 were included in the experimental group.The control group received infrared combined routine care The experimental group carried out midwifery continuation care on the basis of the control group,and compared the pain degree,42-day wound healing,complications and nursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients.Results The 42-day wound healing effect of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group,with significant differences between groups(P<0.05);before intervention,there was no significant difference in pain(VAS)score between groups(P>0.05).One month after intervention,the experiment The patients in the experimental group were significantly lower than the control group,and the difference between the groups was obvious(P<0.05);the complication rate of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference between the groups was obvious(P<0.05);The difference between the groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Perineal lateral incision delivery mothers to carry out midwifery continuation nursing combined with infrared radiation can further promote wound healing,reduce pain and complications on the basis of improving nursing satisfaction,significantly improve the quality of life of patients,and have high clinical application value.
