品管圈活动降低介入术中造影剂外渗情况的效果观察

Observation on the effect of quality control circle activity in reducing the extravasation of contrast agent during interventional surgery

目的分析品管圈活动减少介入术中造影剂外渗情况的效果。方法选取丰城市人民医院2020年4月—9月收治的行介入术治疗的患者50例设为对照组,行常规护理;另选取2020年10月—2021年3月收治的行介入术治疗的患者50例设为观察组,于常规护理基础上开展品管圈活动。对比2组患者造影剂外渗发生率、护理满意度及护理人员综合素质。结果观察组患者造影剂外渗率低于对照组,且护理满意度更高,且实施后护理人员理论考核成绩、操作考核成绩、护患沟通能力评分均实施前高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论开展品管圈活动有助于减少行介入术治疗患者造影剂外渗情况,提高护理满意度,强化护理人员综合素质,具有推广价值。

Objective To analyze the effect of quality control circle activities in reducing the extravasation of contrast agent during interventional surgery.Methods Select 50 patients who were treated with interventional surgery from April to September 2020,set as a control group and received routine care;another 50 patients who were treated with interventional surgery from October 2020 to March 2021 were selected The patients were set as the observation group,and quality control circle activities were carried out on the basis of routine nursing.The incidence of contrast agent extravasation,nursing satisfaction and comprehensive quality of nursing staff were compared between the two groups for evaluation.Results The contrast agent extravasation rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the nursing satisfaction was higher.The scores of theoretical assessment,operational assessment,and nurse-patient communication ability of nursing members were higher than those of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Carrying out quality control circle activities can help reduce the extravasation of contrast agent in patients undergoing interventional surgery,improve nursing satisfaction,strengthen the overall quality of nursing staff,and have promotion and practical value.
