摘要
目的研究快速康复护理模式在肾结石超微通道经皮肾镜术中的应用价值。方法选择2020年2月—2021年2月应用肾结石超微通道经皮肾镜术治疗的患者70例,按随机数字表法分为治疗组35例,对照组35例。治疗组应用快速康复护理模式,对照组应用普通围术期护理,对比2组患者术后临床指标、并发症发生率以及生活质量。结果治疗组在补液时间、排气时间、排便时间、住院时间方面,均短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组生活质量评分明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论具有中医护理特色的快速康复护理模式用于肾结石超微通道经皮肾镜术患者,有利于加速术后恢复,降低并发生的发生,提高生活质量。
Objective To assess the application value of rapid rehabilitation nursing model for percutaneous nephroscopy with ultra-micro channel for kidney stones.Methods From February 2020 to February 2021,70 patients who underwent renal calculus ultramicrochannel percutaneous nephroscopy were admitted.They were randomly divided into treatment group(35 cases)and control group(35 cases).The treatment group was treated with a rapid rehabilitation nursing model.The control group used ordinary perioperative nursing.The clinical indexes,complications and quality of life scores of the two groups were compared.Results After operation,the treatment group was better than the control group in rehydration time,exhaust time,defecation time and hospitalization time,with statistical significance(P<0.05);the incidence of complications were lower than the control group,the difference is again statistically significant(P<0.05);the quality of life is significantly higher than the control group,the difference is statistically proved(P<0.05).Conclusion The rapid rehabilitation nursing mode with the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention in patients with renal calculi after ultra micro channel percutaneous nephrolithotomy is beneficial to improve the time of fluid replacement,exhaust time,defecation time,hospitalization time,reduce the incidence of complications and improve the quality of life of patients.
