循证护理在小儿急性上呼吸道感染发热不同阶段的效果观察

Observation on the effect of evidence-based nursing in different stages of fever in children with acute upper respiratory tract infection

目的探讨在小儿急性上呼吸道感染发热不同阶段采用循证护理的效果。方法将2018年1月—2020年1月期间万年县人民医院接收的急性上呼吸道感染患儿80例纳入研究,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各40例。对照组行常规护理,观察组在此基础上给予循证护理,对比2组临床症状体征消失时间、并发症发生情况及家属满意率。结果观察组临床症状和体征消失时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为15.00%,低于对照组的35.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组家属满意率为92.50%,高于对照组的75.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将循证护理模式应用于小儿急性上呼吸道感染发热不同阶段中,患儿并发症发生率低、症状控制时间缩短,且家属护理满意度较高,具有推广价值。

Objective To explore the effect of evidence-based nursing in different stages of fever in children with acute upper respiratory tract infection.Methods 80 children with acute upper respiratory tract infection received from January,2018 to January,2020 were included in the study,and they were divided into a control group and an observation group according to a random number table method,with a single-group design sample of 40 cases.The control group underwent routine nursing mode,and the observation group performed evidence-based nursing on this basis.The time to disappearance of clinical symptoms and signs,the occurrence of complications and the satisfaction rate of family members were compared between the two groups.Results Comparing the disappearance time of clinical symptoms and signs in the observation group,the observation group was shorter than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the complication rate of the observation group was 15.00%,which was lower than 35.00%of the control group.Statistically significant(P<0.05);the satisfaction rate of family members in the observation group was 92.50%,which was higher than 75.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Through the application of evidence-based nursing model in children with acute upper respiratory tract infection and fever in different stages,the incidence of complications and clinical symptoms of children are controlled,and the satisfaction of the children’s family members is high,which has promotion value.
