动态营养干预护理用于新冠肺炎患者的效果观察

摘要 目的观察针对性动态营养干预护理在新冠肺炎患者中的应用效果。方法采用NRS2002营养风险筛查表对78例新冠肺炎患者进行筛查,提供营养干预途径,营养能量调配及各项营养支持护理。结果入院时及住院期间筛查出50例营养风险患者,经精心护理,75例患者治愈出院。结论新冠肺炎患者需动态筛查营养风险,并及时做好营养支持护理。 Objective Through nutritional risk screening,targeted dynamic nutritional intervention and nursing,observe the clinical treatment effect of patients with novel coronavirus pneumonia.Methods NRS2002 Nutrition Risk Screening Table was used to screen 78 patients with novel coronavirus pneumonia,and nutrition intervention methods,nutrition energy allocation and various nutrition support nursing were provided.Results 50 patients with nutritional risk were screened during admission and during hospitalization.After careful care,75 patients were cured and discharged.Conclusion The nutrition risk of patients with novel coronavirus pneumonia needs to be dynamically screened,and nutrition support nurhould be sing sdone in time.
