多学科合作协同护理模式在肾移植患者中的应用研究

Study on the application of multidisciplinary cooperative nursing model in renal transplantation patients

目的分析多学科合作协同护理模式在肾移植患者中的应用效果。方法选取2018年7月—2020年12月南昌大学第二附属医院收治的120例肾移植患者,按随机数字表法分成观察组和对照组,每组各60例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用多学科合作协同护理模式,对比2组出院时、出院1个月、出院3个月、出院6个月治疗依从性及生活质量。结果2组出院时治疗依从性及生活质量得分均无明显差别(P>0.05);观察组出院1个月、出院3个月、出院6个月时治疗依从性及生活质量得分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论多学科合作协同护理模式能有效提高肾移植患者的治疗依从性,并改善生活质量。

Objective To analyze the application effect of multidisciplinary cooperative nursing model in renal transplantation patients.Methods A total of 120 kidney transplant patients admitted from July 2018 to December 2020 were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group adopts the routine nursing model,and the observation group adopts the multidisciplinary cooperative nursing model.The treatment compliance and quality of life were compared between the two groups at discharge,1 month after discharge,3 months after discharge,and 6 months after discharge.Results There was no significant difference in treatment compliance and quality of life scores between the two groups at discharge(P>0.05);the observation group was significantly higher than the control in terms of treatment compliance and quality of life scores at 1 month,3 months,and 6 months after discharge.(P<0.05).Conclusion The multidisciplinary cooperative nursing model can effectively improve the treatment compliance of kidney transplant patients and improve the quality of life.
