提升基层党组织的组织力是基层党组织建设的重点,这为基层党组织的建设提出了要求、指明了方向。大学生党支部作为高校重要的基层党组织,是与学生党员及学生直接接触的党组织,更是引导学生发挥战斗堡垒作用的重要力量。提升大学生党支部组织力是新时代贯彻落实十九大精神的必然要求和加强党史教育的内在需要,也是完成立德树人根本任务的需要。本文将结合现实分析影响大学生党支部组织力提升的因素,并提出解决途径,期望提升大学生党支部组织力,培养大学生的党史观,为新时代的繁荣发展提供保障。

Improving the organizational capacity of grassroots Party organizations is the focus of the construction of grassroots Party organizations,which puts forward requirements and points out the direction for the construction of grassroots Party organizations.As an important grassroots Party organization in colleges and universities,college student Party branch is the party organization that directly contacts with student Party members and students,and it is an important force that guides students to play the role of battle fortress.To improve the organizational capacity of college students’Party branches is the necessary requirement of implementing the spirit of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China in the new era and the internal need of strengthening the education of Party history,as well as the need of completing the fundamental task of establishing morality and cultivating people.This paper will combine the reality to analyze the factors affecting the improvement of college students’Party branch organizational ability,and put forward solutions to improve college students’Party branch organizational ability,cultivate college students’view of Party history,and provide guarantee for the prosperity and development of the new era.
