GFRP套管与钢纤维砂浆复合加固损伤RC柱轴心受压试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 提出了GFRP套管与钢纤维砂浆复合加固损伤RC柱的复合加固方法。通过1根RC方形截面短柱和4根复合加固损伤RC方形截面短柱的轴压试验,研究了GFRP套管与钢纤维砂浆复合加固损伤RC方形截面短柱的轴压性能,分析了GFRP管厚度对复合加固柱的承载力、刚度和延性的影响。试验结果表明:随着GFRP管厚度的增大,复合加固柱的承载力显著提高,GFRP管厚度对轴压刚度影响较大,对试件的延性变形能力影响相对较弱;在其他条件相同的情况下,复合加固柱承载力的提高率随GFRP管厚度的增大而减小。在试验研究的基础上,建立了复合加固损伤RC方形截面短柱的轴压承载力计算公式,计算结果与试验结果吻合良好。 The composite reinforcement method of damaged RC column strengthened with glass fiber reinforced plastic(GFRP)casing and steel fiber mortar was proposed.Through the axial compression test of one RC square section short column and four RC square section short columns strengthened with composite reinforcement,the axial compression performance of the damaged RC square section short column strengthened with GFRP casing and steel fiber mortar was studied,and the influence of GFRP tube thickness on the bearing capacity,stiffness and ductility of the composite reinforced column was analyzed.The test results show that the bearing capacity of composite reinforced columns is significantly improved with the increase of GFRP pipe thickness,the thickness of GFRP tube has a great influence on the axial compression stiffness and a relatively weak influence on the ductility of the specimen.Under the same conditions,the improvement rate of the bearing capacity of the composite reinforced column decreases with the increase of the thickness of the GFRP tube.On the basis of experimental study,the calculation formula of axial compression bearing capacity of composite reinforced RC square section short column was established,and the calculated results agree well with the experimental data.
