摘要
针对高温、高压液体环境的运行需求,提出一种新型耐高温永磁同步屏蔽电机,分析了电机的结构,建立了电机的磁路分析模型和电感参数分析模型。分析了电机的损耗,给出了电机的性能计算方法。通过对样机的性能试验,测量的结果与计算结果基本一致,验证了方法的正确性。
For high temperature,high pressure liquid conditions,a novel high temperature resistance permanent magnetic(PM)synchronous cannned motor was developed.Based on the structure of the motor,the magnetic circuit calculation and the inductances calculation models were built.The losses and the performance of the motor were analyzed.The calculated results agree well with measured values.
