摘要
针对永磁辅助同步磁阻电机(PMASynRM)参数变化大,依据固定参数进行控制容易导致控制精度差的问题,考虑电机磁饱和对参数的影响,基于电感参数(L_(d)、L_(q))离线辨识技术,采用一种自适应的最大转矩电流比(MTPA)控制策略,实时动态地分配最佳的d、q轴电流,以实现对永磁辅助同步磁阻电机宽速度范围、高转矩精度、高效率的控制。通过仿真和实验,验证了所采用控制方法对永磁辅助同步磁阻电机高转矩精度控制的有效性。
With the change of operating conditions,the parameters of permanent magnet assisted synchronous reluctance motor vary greatly,the control based on fixed parameters is easy to lead to poor control accuracy.Considering the effect of motor magnetic saturation on the parameters,based on the inductance parameter(L_(d),L_(q))offline identification technology,an adaptive MTPA control strategy was adopted to allocate the optimal d-axis and q-axis current dynamically.This method can realize the control of PMASynRM with wide speed range,high torque accuracy and high efficiency.Through simulation and experiment,the effectiveness of the proposed control method for high torque precision control of PMASynRM was verified.
