摘要
为了提高智能化监测器工作的稳定性,对智能化监测器进行了电磁防护设计及整改方面的研究。针对线路避雷器用智能化监测器电磁兼容试验中暴露的问题,通过分析静电放电和浪涌干扰的机理,结合工程样机产品的构成,提出在机壳端口、PCB板、信号端口、接地端口进行防护设计,并通过实际的试验结果,验证了设计方案的有效性和正确性。
In order to improve the stability of intelligent monitor,the electromagnetic protection design and rectification of intelligent monitor are studied.In view of the problems exposed in the electromagnetic compatibility test of the intelligent monitor for line arrester,by analyzing the mechanism of electrostatic discharge and surge interference,combined with the composition of the engineering prototype product,the protection design is proposed at the shell port,PCB board,signal port and grounding port,and the effectiveness and correctness of the design scheme are verified by the actual test results.
