摘要
螺栓连接的形式多种多样,为了便于在某些不方便的位置安装螺栓,便出现了卡式螺母。由于卡式螺母的卡片侵入到螺栓连接中强度有限,故其在大大方便了螺栓安装的同时,使得紧固后的螺栓预紧力分散性增大,并限制了拧紧力矩的提高。为了提高卡式螺母的连接质量,寻找最佳的拧紧力矩,在相关标准的指导下进行了卡式螺母的振动试验。结果表明:拧紧力矩过大容易将卡式螺母拧坏,拧紧力矩过小则可能会发生螺栓没有拧紧的情况,建议在实际生产中以计算力矩进行卡式螺母拧紧作业。
There are many forms of bolt connection.In order to facilitate the installation of bolts in some inconvenient positions,caged nuts appear.Since the card of the caged nut penetrates into the bolt connection and the strength is limited,while the bolt installation is greatly facilitated,the pre-tightening force of the bolt after tightening is increased,and the tightening torque is restricted.In order to improve the connection quality of the caged nut and find the best tightening torque,a vibration test of the caged nut was carried out under the guidance of relevant standards.The results show that:if the tightening torque is too large,it is easy to damage the caged nut.If the tightening torque is too small,the bolt may not be tightened.It is recommended to use the calculated torque for tightening in actual production.
