摘要 以某型飞机主起落架为研究对象,为提高缓冲器缓冲性能并优化缓冲器,建立了双腔缓冲器模型。对比了单、双腔缓冲器的缓冲效果,对双腔缓冲器初始液压腔体积与高、低压腔压力进行参数分析。仿真结果表明:双腔缓冲器缓冲效果明显优越于单腔缓冲器;并不是双腔缓冲器的初始液压腔体积越大缓冲效果就会越好;高压腔的充气压力越高,飞机降落越平稳。 Taking the main landing gear of a certain type of aircraft as the research object,in order to achieve the research purpose of improving the buffer performance and optimizing the buffer,a dual-cavity buffer model was established.The buffer effects of single and double chamber buffers are compared,and the initial hydraulic chamber volume and pressure of high and low pressure chambers of the double chamber buffer are analyzed.The simulation results show that the buffering effect of the dual-cavity buffer is significantly better than that of the single-cavity buffer.The initial hydraulic chamber volume of the double-chamber buffer is not larger,the buffer effect will be better;the higher the inflation pressure of the high-pressure chamber,the more stable the plane will land.
