摘要
分析了现有回转清污机存在的问题,提出了解决回转清污机空运行和传动链磨损下垂造成脱链问题的方法,减少了空运行,降低了设备停机率和维修成本,提高了回转清污机的使用寿命,为企业节省了资金。
This paper analyzes the existing problems of the existing rotary cleaning machine,and puts forward the methods to solve the problems of idle operation of rotary cleaning machine and chain disconnection caused by wear and drooping of transmission chain,which can reduce idle operation,reduce equipment downtime rate and maintenance cost,improve the service life of rotary cleaning machine,and save money for enterprises.
