摘要
针对某起竖托架配合设计配重工装,用于调试。该工装可靠性要求较高,因此在基本模型建立的基础上,应用有限元分析软件对其进行强度和刚度分析,分析结果表明模型的设计完全满足要求。通过有限元分析软件的应用极大地提高了设计工作效率,缩短了产品设计周期,保证了设计的可靠性,为同类配重工装设计提供了参考。
For a vertical bracket with the design of counterweight tooling,used for debugging.The tooling requires high reliability,so based on the establishment of the basic model,the finite element analysis software is used to analyze its strength and stiffness.The analysis results show that the design of the model fully meets the requirements.Through the application of finite element analysis software,the design efficiency is greatly improved,the product design cycle is shortened,the design reliability is guaranteed,and it provides a reference for the design of similar counterweight tooling.
