摘要
设计了一种用于空投伞降设备的高可靠性“滑槽式”抛伞分离机构。在空投伞降过载状态(10 g)下对结构进行了有限元分析,结果显示其各部分强度安全系数高达1.5倍以上,性能较传统“钢球式”抛伞分离机构有明显提升,且结构更简单、重量更轻。所述“滑槽式”抛伞分离机构能更好地满足伞降类设备的空投使用需求,并为类似机构的设计提供了可靠有效的参考。
This paper designs a high-reliability"chute type"parachute separation mechanism for airdrop parachute equipment.The finite element analysis of the structure was carried out under the condition of parachute drop overload(10g).The results showed that the strength safety factor of each part was as high as 1.5 times.The performance was significantly improved compared with the traditional"steel ball"parachute separation mechanism,and the structure was more simple and lighter.The"chute type"parachute separation mechanism can better meet the airdrop use requirements of parachute equipment,and provide a reliable and effective reference for the design of similar mechanisms.
