摘要
介绍了一种水松纸激光异形打孔降焦技术。综合利用激光高功率密度特性、振镜的扫描功能、水松纸恒线速度运动机构以及控制算法集成了设备的构架,可根据用户需求实现水松纸微孔的曲线排列或者水松纸任意图形打孔工作,不仅能实现水松纸大透气度打孔降焦,同时也可以满足个性化需求,对烟草行业新产品的开发有着非常现实的意义。
This article introduces a laser special-shaped perforation and tar reduction technology for tipping paper,which comprehensively utilizes the high power density characteristics of the laser,the scanning function of the galvo,the tipping paper constant linear velocity motion mechanism and the control algorithm,and integrates the structure of the equipment.According to the needs of users,it can realize the curve arrangement of the tipping paper micro-holes or the arbitrary pattern punching of tipping paper.Its function can not only meet the high air permeability of tipping paper to perforate and tar reduction,but also meet the personalized needs.It has very practical significance for the development of new products in the tobacco industry.
