摘要
在对高速电梯曳引机结构原理和主轴受力分析的基础上,针对曳引机主轴组件进行了失效模式及失效机理的分析,结果表明轴承是主轴组件可靠性的薄弱环节,轴承的主要失效表现特征是温度升高和振动加剧。最后结合高速电梯曳引机主轴的工作环境,对轴承的失效机理进行了深入分析,并在此基础上提出了一种新的高速电梯曳引机主轴失效的检测思路。
In this paper,based on the structural principle of the high-speed elevator traction machine and the stress analysis of the main shaft,the failure mode and failure mechanism of the main shaft component of the traction machine are analyzed.The analysis results show that the bearing is the weak link of the main shaft reliability.The main failure characteristics of bearings are temperature rise and vibration aggravation.Finally,combined with the working environment of the main shaft of the high-speed elevator traction machine,the failure mechanism of the bearing is deeply analyzed.On this basis,a new idea of failure detection for the spindle of high-speed elevator traction machine is put forward.
