三坐标测量机在风扇叶轮检测中的应用探究

风扇叶轮曲面用常规测量方法难以精确测量,为准确测量风扇叶轮曲面,提出了用三坐标测量机经过三维曲线多点测量的方法对风扇叶轮进行检测,并计算得到测量数据,解决了风扇叶轮曲面难以测量的问题。

It is difficult to accurately measure the fan impeller with conventional measurement methods.In order to accurately measure the surface of the fan impeller,this paper puts forward the method of multi-point measurement of three-dimensional curve with CMM to detect the fan impeller and calculate the measured data,so as to solve the problem of difficult measurement of the surface of the fan impeller.
