基于WIFI的智能车信息监测系统设计

Design of Intelligent Car Information Monitoring System Based on WIFI

以AGV智能车系统作为研究对象,提出一种基于手机WIFI网络的AGV智能车数据监测系统,系统由智能车监测模块和手机模块组成。智能车监测模块采用STM32F1X单片机作为MCU,以HLK-RM04芯片作为无线传输模块。智能车安装的各种传感器实时采集各种车辆数据,STM32F1X单片机将上述数据数字化后通过串行方式发送给无线传输模块,无线传输模块通过WIFI网络发送给手机模块,手机模块接收数据并以图形界面显示,方便用户实时监测智能车的运行状况。智能手机携带及操作方便,大大提高了智能车参数测试和调试的效率。

Taking AGV smart trolley system as the research object,a data monitoring system for AGV smart trolley which based on WIFI network is proposed,it is composed of smart trolley monitoring module and smart phone module.The smart trolley monitoring module uses STM32F1X as MCU,HLK-RM04 chip as wireless transmission module.Various sensors installed in the smart trolley collect its various data in real time.STM32F1X MCU digitizes the above data and sends it to the wireless transmission module through serial mode,then the wireless transmission module sends the data to the smart phone module through WIFI network,finally the smart phone module receives the data and displays the data with a graphical interface.It is convenient for users to monitor the running status of the smart trolley in real time.The smart phone is easy to carry and operate,which greatly improves the testing and debugging efficiency of smart trolley.
