触摸屏在伺服电机控制系统中的应用 被引量:5

摘要 针对伺服电机在使用过程中运行速度和目标位置不可随意修改、运行状态可视性差等问题,提出一种MCGS触摸屏和伺服电机控制系统相结合的控制方式。重点研究了基于PLC的伺服电机控制系统和MCGS触摸屏的设计,MCGS触摸屏和伺服电机控制系统相结合,实现了伺服电机运行速度和目标位置人工可修改的操作灵活性;优化了伺服电机控制系统的易操作性;方便了伺服电机控制系统的检修与维护。实验表明:MCGS触摸屏修改伺服电机运行速度和目标位置方便快捷、可视化程度高、操作界面友好。 Aiming at the problems that the running speed and target position of the servo motor cannot be arbitrarily modified,and the visibility of the running state is poor,a control method that combines the MCGS touch screen and the servo motor control system is proposed.The focus is on the design of the PLC-based servo motor control system and MCGS touch screen.The combination of the MCGS touch screen and the servo motor control system realizes the operational flexibility of the servo motor running speed and target position that can be manually modified,optimizes the ease of operation of the servo motor control system,and facilitates the overhaul and maintenance of the servo motor control system.Experiments show that the MCGS touch screen is convenient and quick to modify the running speed and target position of the servo motor,with a high degree of visualization and a friendly operation interface.
