摘要
针对现阶段智能变电站各间隔保护装置以屏位方式安装在继电小室中的问题,提出就地化保护概念。相对于常规安装方式,就地化保护采用与智能变电站相同的协议和网络结构,取消大量的合并单元与智能终端,功能集成于保护装置本身。采用就地化保护不仅简化了变电站内保护装置二次回路,还实现了保护装置的即插即用功能,减少了保护装置类型及数量,降低了设备故障率,极大地减轻了运维人员的维护负担,提高了工作效率,具有较高的使用价值。
This paper proposes the concept of in-situ protection in view of the problem that each bay protection device of the intelligent substation is installed in the relay cabinet in the form of screen position at the present stage.Compared with conventional installation methods,in-situ protection adopts the same protocol and network structure as smart substations,cancels a large number of merging units and smart terminals,and integrates functions into the protection device itself.It reduces the type and quantity of the protection device,reduces the equipment failure rate,greatly reduces the maintenance burden of the operation and maintenance personnel,improves the work efficiency,and has a higher use value.
