长三角区域一体化政策府际关系研究--基于社会网络分析

Inter-governmental Relations of Regional Integration Policies in the Yangtze River Delta:Based on Social Network Analysis

运用社会网络分析法,构建了长三角区域一体化政策府际关系网络,从整体网络与个体中心网络两种分析视角,通过网络规模、网络密度、网络关系数、聚类系数、特征路径长度与中心性指标,探讨了区域一体化背景下中央政府与长三角区域地方政府间的府际关系。研究表明:府际关系网络结构趋于复杂,府际合作关系逐渐紧密;府际关系网络持续纵深发展,横向扩散;府际合作在多领域有序开展,逐步推进。府际关系网络“一核多元”特征明显。

Based on Social Network Analysis,the paper establishes inter-governmental relation networks for regional integration policies in the Yangtze River Delta.From the analysis perspective of overall network and individual-centered network,by calculating network size,density,relations,clustering coefficient,characteristic path length and centrality,the paper discusses inter-governmental relations of central government and regional government of the Yangtze River Delta against the background of regional integration.It turns out that the structure of inter-governmental relation network tends to be more complex and government cooperation is getting closer;The inter-governmental relation network continues to develop in depth and spreads horizontally;Inter-governmental cooperation has been carried out in an orderly and progressive manner in various fields.The network of inter-government relations is characterized by“one core and pluralism”.
