摘要
人力资源管理对企业发展具有深刻影响和重要意义,如果管理模式和管理手段没有得到改进,极易影响人力资源管理的质量。薪酬管理是人力资源管理的重要内容。目前,在薪酬管理过程中存在较多问题,降低了人力资源管理的质量。基于此,论文分析了在现代企业人力资源管理中薪酬管理体系存在的问题,并依据问题提出了相应的解决对策,以期为薪酬管理活动的开展提供有效参考。
Human resources management has a profound impact and important significance on the development of enterprises.If the management modes and management means are not improved,it is very easy to affect the quality of human resources management.Salary management is an important part of human resources management.At present,there are many problems existing in the process of salary management,which reduces the quality of human resources management.Based on this,the paper analyzes the problems existing in the salary management system in human resources management of modern enterprises,and puts forward the corresponding solving countermeasures according to the problems,so as to provide effective reference for the development of salary management activities.
