Analysis of the Informatization Construction of Procurement Management Based on Supply Chain Management Mode

供应链管理模式为现代企业的采购管理提供了新思路。在信息化建设期间,企业应积极融入供应链管理模式,使采购管理工作更为有效。基于此,论文首先阐述了供应链管理模式对采购管理信息化建设的促进作用,总结现阶段企业采购管理存在的问题,最后指出在供应链管理模式下企业采购管理的信息化建设路径,旨在提高采购管理信息化建设的质量,以供相关企业参考借鉴。

The supply chain management mode provides a new idea for procurement management in modern enterprises.During the informatization construction,enterprises should actively integrate into the supply chain management mode to make the procurement management wok more effective.Based on this,the paper firstly expounds the role of supply chain management mode in promoting the informatization construction of procurement management,summarizes the problems existing in procurement management of enterprises at the present stage,and finally points out the informatization construction paths of procurement management of enterprises under the supply chain management mode,so as to improve the quality of informatization construction of procurement management,for reference of relevant enterprises.
